    Centurion Percussion
The Centurion Percussion Section is made up of a diverse blend of instrumental voices including marching drums and concert percussion, and is split into two sub-sections - the Battery and the Front Ensemble.
The Battery Section consists of Marching Percussion Instrumentation including High Tension Snare Drums, 5 Piece Multi Tenors (also known as Quint's), and Tonal Bass Drums (16", 20", 24" and 28").  These instruments give a clean, crisp and precise quality of sound that has excellent projection from the competition field.  The Battery Section also regularly run educational workshops and clinics presented by the Percussion Caption Head Phil Johnson.
The Front Ensemble takes the form of a traditional orchestra 'pit' style set-up, including instruments such as Marimbas, Xylophones and Concert Drums, as well as Timbales, Congas and a large range of Auxiliary Percussion Instruments and Accessories.
The Front Ensemble provide a solid rhythmical backing from a static position at the front of the competition field.
