The Stomp Band is the newest addition to the Centurion
Organisation. In fact, it is so new that we don't yet have a
name for it, nor do we actually have any pictures! |

Taken (obviously) from the hit stage show STOMP! (as shown
in these pictures), this group takes great pleasure in
making a racket out of the least obvious household items for
making music including trash cans, drain pipes, broom
sticks, car brake discs and a whole host of other weird and
wonderful items. |

Members of the Stomp Band are mostly involved in the various
other groups that the organisation runs, although we do have
some members who participate solely in this activity. |

The Stomp Band will be evolving over the coming weeks and
months as more rehearsals are set, and have their first
public performance in June 2009 at the Centurion Show
Band/York All Stars Evening of Music and Dance. We are
really excited about this new project, as are our members,
so please do keep checking back to see how the activity is
developing. |
